NonStop Consulting is working with a well-established local authority in the West of Yorkshire to find an experienced social worker to join their Leaving Care service as a practice supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within busy Leaving Care or Children in Care teams.

This position offers flexible working options, allowing you to maximize your time spent in the comfort of your own home, which will help you create a fantastic work-life balance.

In this role, you will work within a very supportive team, meaning you'll never feel under pressure and can reach out at any time for help, which will ultimately help increase your overall work satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide flexible support and advice to young people and adults preparing to leave care.
  • Work closely with service users to ensure the best possible outcomes for them.
  • Support other social workers in the team.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Social Work and registered with Social Work England.
  • An up-to-date DBS check.
