Memento Exclusives is seeking a skilled Paint Prep Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of paint work and bodywork preparations.

• Masking and lining of paint lines to maintain exceptional quality standards.
• Filling and rubbing carbon fibre to achieve a high-class finish.
• Final finishing of painted parts to a highly detailed standard.
• Identifying potential problems in manufacturing processes to maximize performance and efficiency.
• Implementing improvements in manufacturing facilities while adhering to the latest health and safety protocols.
• Supporting the Paint Shop Team Leader in their role while maintaining efficiency in working hours.

We are looking for an individual with 2 years' experience in preparing composite components from chassis to bodywork and wings. Proven competence in this area is essential.
