Role Overview:
We are in search of a proficient Lead Natural Language Processing (NLP) Solutions Engineer to become a vital part of our engineering team. If you possess a strong enthusiasm for designing, developing, and sustaining data platforms focused on customer-oriented products, this opportunity is tailored for you. In the capacity of a Lead NLP Solutions Engineer, you will work collaboratively with diverse teams to execute predictive analytics, machine learning algorithms, and Generative AI applications. Your duties will encompass architecting NLP processing frameworks, fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs), establishing RAG architectures, and implementing MLOps within cloud-native settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing, constructing, and managing NLP processing frameworks utilizing Python
- Automating collaborative experiments with Data Scientists to transition ML and NLP research concepts into production
- Fine-tuning and utilizing Large Language Models
- Establishing RAG architectures and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) processes
- Implementing MLOps for LLMs in cloud environments
- Enhancing and optimizing existing processes
- Engaging in an agile work environment using Kanban methodologies
- Collaborating with data science and business teams
- Educating colleagues on NLP methodologies
- Advocating for Generative AI capabilities to business stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in NLP within digital applications
- Expertise in Python and Jupyter notebooks
- Familiarity with cloud-native technologies
- Experience in leadership or mentoring within NLP/ML engineering
- Advanced degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
