About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Arjo Italia S.p.A. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers by ensuring the proper functioning of our medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for our medical equipment
  • Conduct thorough assessments and repairs to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical advancements
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role or relevant technical background
  • Strong understanding of electrical or mechanical engineering principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills and familiarity with mobile devices
