Deputy Manager Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents with autism and learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support care staff to deliver exceptional care and services
- Assist the Registered Manager in maintaining regulatory compliance and implementing policies
- Safeguard adults within the home and lead on safeguarding issues as required
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team
- Represent the home and support the Registered Manager in their responsibilities
- A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum
- Funded qualifications, including a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Health and Social Care
- Annual leave entitlement equivalent to 5.6 weeks per year
