Role Summary: In the capacity of a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will collaborate closely with the Customer Operations Strategy Manager. Your primary focus will be to deliver analytical, technical, strategic, and managerial assistance across all divisions within Customer Operations, particularly concentrating on Collections Strategies.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute strategic initiatives, perform A/B testing, derive insights, and evaluate strategy effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in all essential commercial processes and solutions.
  • Facilitate daily team operations, oversee task distribution, and mentor junior team members.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, influencing them through presentations, research findings, and comprehensive reports.
  • Balance analytical, execution, and tactical responsibilities, demonstrating agility in response to evolving circumstances.
  • Supervise workstreams and deliverables, ensuring that solutions comply with best practices and are thoroughly documented with appropriate controls, governance, and risk assessments.
