Insurance Account Handler

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Handler to join our team at The Scouts Association. As a key member of our insurance team, you will be responsible for acquiring new business through telephone-based interactions, meeting goals related to new business growth, lead generation, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with small to medium-sized charities to understand their insurance needs.
- Provide guidance on insurance needs, securing competitive quotes, and closing deals.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our charity insurance portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing insurance needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements to provide expert advice to clients.
- Experience in selling and broking insurance for charities.
- Knowledge of FCA Compliance and TCF practices.
- Insurance qualifications (Cert CII or Diploma).
- Demonstrated success in new business sales, with a focus on client acquisition.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
