Job Summary:

Driving Force Recruitment Ltd is seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team on an ongoing contract basis. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering goods to supermarkets and RDCs on a weekly rota.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver goods to supermarkets and RDCs on a weekly rota
  • Work a full-time ongoing contract with a paid assessment required before starting
  • Meet the necessary criteria and benefits outlined below

Criteria and Benefits:

  • Hold a valid Cat C/LGV2/HGV2 entitlement
  • Have a valid CPC qualification
  • Hold a valid UK driving license
  • Have a valid Digi Card
  • Have a minimum of 6 months' experience in the industry
  • Have a maximum of 9 points for minor offenses (no DD/DR/IN/CD/TT)

Working Conditions:

  • Work a day shift
  • Be able to start early in the morning between midnight and 04:00am
  • Be able to work weekends
  • Be able to manually handle products at the delivery point

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as an HGV2 driver
