Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our golf facilities, ensuring exceptional service for members and guests.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to maintain the golf course in excellent playing condition.
  • Lead and develop the golf staff, providing training and guidance to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance golf operations, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote golf events, memberships, and programs, driving revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, guests, and vendors to enhance the overall golf experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our offerings.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in golf operations management, preferably in a similar role within the golf industry.
  • A strong passion for golf and a deep understanding of the game.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial management, and revenue generation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in golf management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to golf operations.
