About the Role

Futures Housing Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Communities Team as an Assistant Communities Housing Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with communities, voluntary groups, and partners to achieve the aims and objectives of our Community Engagement Strategy.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with partner agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide timely and effective advice, signposting, or handovers to customers, ensuring their needs are met with a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate and prompt recording and processing of tenancy management requests, including home visits for tenancy assignments, mutual exchanges, and successions.
  • Support the Tenancy Management Officer in ensuring effortless customer experience throughout the tenancy management process.
