Exciting Opportunity for a Risk and Control Business Analyst

Hays PLC is seeking a highly skilled Risk and Control Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective implementation of operational resilience programs.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in risk management and compliance. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating risks, as well as developing and implementing controls to ensure business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technical and risk SMEs to identify and assess risks
  • Develop and implement controls to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and documentation of risk management processes
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices
  • Experience in compliance and regulatory affairs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
