About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team at Romans Recruitment Group Ltd. As a key member of our commercial fit-out and bespoke joinery team, you will be responsible for managing the efficient running of contracts and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for on-site projects from order stage to completion of defects certificate.
- Ensuring client satisfaction and quality finish to improve on customer relationships and gain further work.
- Providing a proactive and highly effective service to our clients.
- Liaison with other team members in preparation of sub-contract orders, cost comparisons, and payments.
- Cost reporting to Manager.
- Ensuring that all projects are run in compliance with Health and Safety regulations and general housekeeping on site is as expected.
- Attendance at site meetings, including preparation of all information required for these.
- Ensuring cost and waste control.
- Assisting in efficiently recording all cost variations and the swift conclusion of final accounts.
- Participating and supporting all Company initiatives with compliance of procedures and requirements for ISO & 45001, FSC, and Investors in People Standards.
- Traveling weekly to sites throughout the UK and Europe as required.
Requirements:
- Fit-out Project Construction Contracts management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
