Are you passionate about swimming and teaching?
We Are Swim is seeking enthusiastic and inspiring individuals to fill the role of Swimming Instructor, contributing to our renowned swimming education program.
Your main responsibility will be to conduct engaging swimming lessons for children aged 3-11, fostering a love for swimming through enjoyable and innovative methods. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to both swimmers and their parents, making a significant impact on their lives by providing the opportunity to learn this essential skill.
In this position, you will not only lead fun and educational sessions but also utilize technology to monitor swimmers' progress. Collaboration with fellow instructors will be key to ensuring a premium experience for all participants. This includes engaging with customers, participating in training sessions, and sharing best practices.
This role offers flexible hours during weekday evenings and weekends, with a self-employed contract that guarantees hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement swimming lessons in accordance with established lesson plans
- Incorporate reward systems into classes to motivate students
- Ensure the safe use of all equipment and adherence to safety protocols
- Conduct dynamic risk assessments to maintain safety standards
- Assess swimmers' abilities and encourage them to achieve their maximum potential
- Provide clear explanations and demonstrate effective swimming techniques
- Help swimmers refine their techniques and identify areas for improvement
- Create a positive and enjoyable atmosphere to motivate and inspire learners
- Evaluate lessons and provide constructive feedback
- Regularly assess each swimmer's progress and manage the issuance of certificates through our online system
