We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our team at United Living Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating our high-rise residential projects in the Yorkshire region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain integrated target and contract programmes using Asta Power Project, Excel, Sketchup, and other software.
- Maintain relationships with our supply chain partners to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and collect data for project reports.
- Produce reports for senior management, including client progress updates and internal project dashboards.
- Collaborate with site teams to demystify Gantt charts and develop tools to enhance their use.
- Plan and manage projects through the Building Safety Gateways.
- 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with 5 years or more in a planning role.
- Site management background or similar experience.
- Experience working on high-rise residential buildings.
- Expertise in Asta Power Project and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Sketchup, and other software.
- Familiarity with producing 4D programmes linked to BIM models.
- CSCS card.
