Job Title: Production Assembly Operative

HRGO Recruitment is seeking a skilled Production Assembly Operative to join our team in the Dartford area. As an established industry leader, we manufacture various electrical power and lighting products, and we require a reliable and detail-oriented individual to assist with our production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble temporary lighting products used on construction sites
  • Pick and prepare cabling, cutting cables to length, terminating and wiring sockets or connectors
  • Assemble kits according to defined specifications
  • Perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks (training provided)
Requirements:
  • Some assembly experience is beneficial
  • Able to use hand tools
Desirable Skills:
  • Electrical wiring, electrical assembly, or soldering experience
  • Making cable harnesses or looms

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.30, with overtime at £18.45 per hour. The role involves working Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 4.45pm, with a 45-minute lunch break. Free on-site car parking is available. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for assembly and electrical work, we encourage you to apply.
