We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Doctor in Psychiatry to join our team at Auchinlea Resource Centre in Glasgow. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing and managing patients from the Auchinlea catchment area. This will involve working closely with consultant psychiatrists, nursing staff, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of medical experience, with at least six years in a relevant specialty doctor or closed SAS grades. Equivalent experience in other medical grades, including from overseas, will also be considered. You will have completed a primary medical qualification and hold full GMC registration and a license to practice.

As a Specialist Doctor in Psychiatry, you will have access to education, training, and development opportunities through our NES SAS Development Programme. You will also be appointed a designated Education Advisor to support your continued professional development.
