About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at Priory Hospital Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and rehabilitation to individuals with enduring mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver safe and supportive care to service users, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and goals of each service user.
  • Provide education and support to service users, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Work effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions between services and a high level of continuity of care.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the service, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
Requirements
  • RMN Qualified
  • NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council Registered)
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act
  • Patient centric & commitment to delivering high quality care
  • Fine tuned decision making skills
  • Excellent organisational capability
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexibility and a strong 'can do' attitude
