About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced accident repair technician to join our team as a Panel Beater at our new, state-of-the-art bodyshop in Milton Keynes.

As a Panel Beater, you will be responsible for the repair and replacement of body components on a variety of damaged vehicles, including electric and hybrid vehicles.

You will work diligently to meet BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's standards, ensuring the highest quality repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Restore damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition by repairing and replacing body components.
  • Assess the most effective methods for conducting repairs and utilise specialist body repair equipment to achieve the best results.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area, following health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times.

About You

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Experience as a panel beater or multiskilled technician from an accident repair background, with knowledge and experience of working on electric and hybrid vehicles.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge in panel beating techniques and equipment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and repair damage efficiently.
