About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Technical Director to lead our EV charging and renewable energy projects. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of electrical installations, ensuring systems are designed, installed, and certified to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage project managers, qualified supervisors, and submissions to the Distribution Network Operator (DNO)
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  3. Develop and implement electrical installation strategies to meet business objectives
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an Electrical Technical Manager or Director in the EV charging and renewable energy sector
  2. Time-served electrician with a strong understanding of electrical installations and safety protocols
  3. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  4. Ability to work remotely with occasional site visits
