Join Verto People, a market-leading company in the Water-Cooling Industry, as a Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Process Cooling Engineer. This exciting role involves providing electrical and mechanical repair, service, and maintenance of process cooling equipment, including Industrial Chillers, Coolers, Temperature Control Units, Cool Ancillaries, and Enclosure Cooler Units at customer sites across the Midlands and parts of the North UK.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Planned and preventative maintenance
* Regular system inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards
* Liaising with customers and internal teams to deliver technical support and respond to inquiries

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience within the process cooling, refrigeration, HVAC, or other relevant industries
* Mechanical or Electrical engineering qualifications are advantageous
* Experience with maintenance and repair of complex systems and ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive salary of £38,000-£43,000 depending on experience

**Work Environment:**

* Fully remote with occasional commute to the workshop near Lichfield for training
