Job Summary:
First Military Recruitment is seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Fitter to join our client's team. As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a variety of plant equipment, including compressors, mini-excavators, dumpers, and small tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair faults in plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and update service records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products and accessories to provide expert advice to customers.
- Complete all necessary test certificates and paperwork to ensure accurate records.
- Adhere to customer Health & Safety protocols when working on-site.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop and vehicle, and assist with general workshop duties as needed.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Foreman or General Manager.
Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Experience in a similar plant fitting role.
- CITB/NVQ qualification is highly desirable.
