About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Succeed Recruitment Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your marketing skills and passion for the travel sector with a leading Tour Operator based in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in all aspects of campaign planning, including brand and campaign strategy development.
- Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns across all channels, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Contribute to the annual Marketing Plan, from planning to execution, and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop new content ideas and see them through to delivery.
- Support the maintenance of all websites and social media channels, ensuring up-to-date and engaging content.
- Create digital assets for all channels, including graphics, videos, and written content.
- Support the production of marketing materials and literature, including brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Write and proof-read compelling copy, ensuring all content is aligned with main campaign themes and brand.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the travel industry, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop strategies to enhance our client's marketing plans and delivery.
Requirements:
- Strong marketing and creative skills, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of marketing software and tools, including Photoshop, Canva, and Mailchimp.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a dynamic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive and productive working relationships.
