About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Flagship Consulting. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects, working closely with our experienced professionals to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and bids for construction projects
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement project plans
  • Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a Quantity Surveying role
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work towards APC and become Chartered/already Chartered
