- Relevant experience of teaching pupils and young people with Autistic spectrum condition and/or challenging behaviors.

- Experience of managing staff and budgets.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with staff, students, and external stakeholders.
