Job Opportunity: Senior Contracts Manager

Black Fox Solutions is seeking a skilled Senior Contracts Manager to join our client's expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the delivery of commercial and bespoke fit-out services, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Strategy and Delivery: Develop and implement project strategies to achieve company objectives, ensuring timely and efficient project completion.
  • Quality and Safety: Uphold high standards of health, safety, and environmental management on all projects, ensuring quality construction in line with project specifications and requirements.
  • Client Relationships: Maintain strong client relationships by managing expectations and delivering professional, considerate service.
  • Project Management: Lead project strategy and delivery programme, monitor project progress, and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Operational Management: Manage operational aspects to ensure projects stay within budget and meet performance targets.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage risks and opportunities to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, supply chain, and stakeholders for seamless project execution.
  • Professional Development: Ensure professional development within the project team to maintain technical expertise.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and implement industry best practices.
Essential and Desirable Criteria:
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project).
  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage project costs, timelines, and quality to meet targets.
  • Operational Management: Efficient management of staff and resources.
  • Contract Management: Excellent understanding of contract documents, programmes, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Team Management: Ability to manage diverse teams, including supply chains, direct employees, and consultants.
  • Certifications: Valid CSCS card.
