Paraplanning Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Trainee Paraplanner to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Trainee Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting our Senior Paraplanners with administration tasks to service clients' needs around financial advice.

• Provide administrative support to Senior Paraplanners in servicing clients' needs, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Analyze information and conduct basic research to produce suitability reports.
• Receive and act on instructions from advisers and paraplanners following client meetings.
• Maintain accurate records using back office systems.
• Submit plans to third-party provider companies.
• Provide records to support research undertaken.
• Obtain illustrations and product information from providers.
• Liaise with clients and product providers on outstanding documents and queries.
• Ensure all client files are compliant on an ongoing basis.

• Experience in a similar role with knowledge of paraplanning or administrative support for financial planners or front office.
• Studying towards or willing to study towards professional exams.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence to speak to various stakeholders and enjoy client interaction.
• Pride themselves on their customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and able to work with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills and able to solve problems effectively.
• Confidence with systems and IT, and worked with wraps/platforms previously.
