Job Title: Senior Account Manager – FMCG/Retail

Salary: £50k to £55k pa (depending on experience)

Harrison Scott Associates is offering the chance for an experienced Senior Account Manager to work on a leading retail/FMCG account. Our client prioritizes customer satisfaction and achieves this by having a talented team in place and providing outstanding service and quality.

Your strong understanding of the FMCG/retail industry, coupled with your passion for customer service, will enable you to make a seamless transition into this role, providing a high level of service for this key client.

As Senior Account Manager, your role will be to act as a trusted client partner, designing, procuring, and fulfilling timely solutions. Your expert knowledge will help keep each customer on the right track, offering valuable advice and guidance. Ultimately, you must be dedicated to putting the brand first and ensuring they find the best possible solution to each project.

This role requires someone who is flexible in their approach to workload and task allocation. You must be creative with strong problem-solving skills, capable of resolving any issues. The following skills are required:
