Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at The Millgate Shopping Centre, Bury.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to achieve company targets, KPIs, and goals.
  • Lead the team in creating a customer-first culture, providing genuine and knowledgeable advice on our products.
  • Motivate and develop the team to achieve and exceed KPIs and reach their full potential.
  • Be self-aware, question, learn, and take responsibility for yourself and the performance of your store.
