About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Planning Consultant to join our Infrastructure Planning Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying cross-divisional opportunities and developing new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality work and service to clients
  • Prepare, submit, and manage planning applications, including reports on various projects
  • Build strong working relationships and project manage other professionals, such as architects, landscape, highways, drainage, and ecology consultants
  • Engage positively with clients, Planning Officers, members of the public, Councillors, and other statutory bodies
  • Attend and lead project meetings
  • Support team members with advice, sharing workloads, and working on same projects
  • Have a good understanding of IT and Microsoft Office
  • Have a good understanding of the planning market
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the planning market and be able to deliver high-quality work and service to clients. You will also need to be able to build strong working relationships and project manage other professionals.
