About the Team: The People Hub consists of HR professionals dedicated to delivering essential HR services to employees and management throughout the organization, ensuring comprehensive support during the employee journey.
Your Responsibilities: As the main point of contact for all People Operations inquiries, you will provide essential HR support and administrative functions to a workforce exceeding 3,000 individuals.
Key Duties:
Responsibilities encompass:
- Providing assistance to employees, line managers, and HR Business Partners
- Ensuring precise HR documentation within SAP
- Facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Managing cases related to maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave
- Overseeing benefits information through the BenefitsHub platform
- Updating employee records in compliance with data protection regulations
- Tracking employee absences and health-related issues
- Drafting letters and employment contracts
- Calculating redundancy expenses
- Processing Subject Access Requests
- Fostering relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborating with payroll departments
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in HR administration is essential
- Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
- Capacity to perform under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
- Familiarity with SAP is advantageous
