Job Title: Short Term Futures/ FX Quant Researcher

Job Summary:

Eka Finance is seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Researcher to join our team. As a Quantitative Researcher, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the research process, including methodology selection, data collection and analysis, prototyping, back-testing, and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improvement of existing strategies
  • Portfolio optimization
  • Evaluating new datasets for alpha potential
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of the investment process and the team's research and trading infrastructure

Requirements:

  • Excellent academic credentials, preferably from a top University, with a quantitative discipline and advanced degree in Finance
  • Relevant market experience, with a focus on systematic investing and macro
  • Strong technical/programming skills
  • Mature individual with collegial interpersonal skills
