Senior Architectural Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a Senior Architectural Technician, you will play a key role in the production of fully coordinated discipline-specific 3D models, schematics, general arrangement, and detailed drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce fully coordinated discipline-specific 3D models, schematics, general arrangement, and detailed drawings per relevant standards and procedures.
  • Deliver discrete packages of work under the supervision of a Senior Architect.
  • Manage Architectural CAD involvement in small to medium-sized projects, including time, cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Provide appropriate levels of Architectural design support to a range of different projects.

Requirements:

  • Solid Revit experience.
  • Reasonable detailing experience within one of the following sectors - Life Sciences, Custodial, or Defence.
  • Understanding of Technical Specifications - bonus if you can produce these.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time.
  • Willingness and ability to obtain SC clearance.
