Opportunity for a Senior Solicitor in Commercial Property

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Solicitor with 0-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to enhance our esteemed Commercial Property Team. Role Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will engage with a diverse clientele, ranging from small enterprises to large multinational corporations, including charities and educational institutions. Responsibilities will encompass:

  • Managing office, industrial, and retail leasing agreements
  • Overseeing residential development projects
  • Handling investment properties
  • Facilitating secured lending transactions for various stakeholders

This department collaborates closely with other legal teams within the firm, including those specializing in construction, dispute resolution, taxation, finance, social housing, and residential property.
