Job Description

We are seeking a talented Wholesale Merchandiser to join our growing team. This is an exciting role that will allow you to work with our extensive existing supply chain partners in Men's and Women's high-end bespoke uniform production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production & Merchandising:
    • Manage all Product development, Production (bulk and repeats) and delivery for the RTW Collections
    • Sourcing sustainable fabrics and implementing sustainable policies for RTW Collections
    • Schedule Production & book capacity with all factories
    • Manage the RTW budget to ensure GP margins are achieved/profitability
    • Review sales on Zedonk and propose reorders across the RTW collections
    • On-boarding new factories, as required
    • Factory visits – Managing the factories and QC
    • Managing the production process, all factory approvals; logistics and delivery to warehouse
    • Managing and communicating critical paths to factories and internally
    • Ensuring the Sales team is kept up to date with any pricing changes
    • Measuring and fitting all samples during the development process in collaboration with designer, product development and technical teams
    • Streamlining current processes and working methods
  • Quality Control:
    • Check through all RTW production coming in from suppliers
    • Ensuring all shipments are correct
    • Communicating any non-compliances with the factories
    • Monitoring and improving quality and advising factories on best production methods
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience as a Wholesale Merchandiser in luxury fashion
  • Be able to understand technical packs for sampling and production
  • Be able to understand different sustainable fabric requirements for different product types
  • Very confident on Excel (creating and updating spreadsheets) and working with management software systems
  • Experience with Zedonk beneficial
  • Experience: 3+ years
  • Organised, methodical and confident with maintaining multiple critical paths
  • Creative thinker with a solution-led attitude
  • Knowledge of 'made to order' and project-based garment production is beneficial
  • Menswear and Womenswear (multi-product) experience is an advantage
