About the Role

The Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deep Cleaning Operative to join our team. As a Deep Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough and detailed cleaning of all areas, including patient rooms, common areas, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services.
  • Identify and report any areas of concern or non-compliance to management.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry standards.

Requirements

  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
  • FY2 competencies or equivalent outside the UK.
  • Experience of working in psychiatry.
  • Registration with GMC.
  • Demonstrable skills in written and spoken English, adequate to enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues.
  • Commitment to Career Progression.
  • Ability to be mobile across a geographical area.

Desirable Criteria

  • Experience of working in the NHS.
  • Experience and ability to work with persons with mental health problems.
  • Able to function successfully under pressure.
  • Able to organise own learning.
