Position Overview: Anderselite is seeking to engage a Construction Project Supervisor for an extended freelance opportunity.

Company Background: Our client is a prominent Tier 1 main contractor, recognized for executing projects across diverse sectors such as healthcare, education, infrastructure, justice, defense, aviation, water management, and environmental services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the on-site project execution for designated tasks following the initial orientation.
  • Conduct contractor inductions, establish site logistics, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), manage project timelines, and maintain welfare and environmental standards.
  • Facilitate the pre-start processes and mobilization of all projects, including the organization of relevant logbooks.
  • Ensure the availability of COSHH documentation, welfare amenities, and site organization.
  • Perform weekly audits to confirm adherence to Safe Systems of Work (SSOW) and RAMS, ensuring the project aligns with the established timeline and milestones.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager or Package Manager on large-scale construction initiatives.
  • Possession of a valid Black or Gold CSCS Card.
  • SMSTS certification is essential.
