Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to join our team at Fawkes and Reece. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the health, safety, and environmental aspects of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to health, safety, and environmental performance
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental procedures

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in health, safety, and environmental management
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certification
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
