TXM Recruit is partnering with a leading organisation on a prestigious project in the UK, covering various postcodes. They are seeking experienced Multi traders to join a dynamic and skilled team, working on a long-term social housing contract.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Utilising a handheld device, inspect jobs and report findings to the office for them to quote.
  2. Carry out various domestic maintenance tasks, including general property maintenance.
  3. Provide responsive maintenance and void property maintenance services.
  4. Ensure that the quality of work consistently meets the highest possible standards.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Required Qualifications and Skills
  1. NVQ trade qualification(s)
  2. Multi trade experience
  3. Full current driving licence
  4. A DBS check is required prior to commencement of the role.
