We are pleased to offer a permanent position as a Service Engineering Specialist with a reputable organization that focuses on sluice and utility room apparatus. With decades of expertise, our client stands as a prominent figure in the sector.
This role is based in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting support to clients, including healthcare facilities and residential care establishments.
- Experience with motors, pumps, plumbing, electrical systems, and electronic control systems is essential.
- Skilled in diagnosing issues, particularly with electro-mechanical devices.
- Recognizing business prospects and providing precise feedback utilizing electronic task management systems.
Required Experience:
- Possess a relevant technical qualification such as a National Certificate or City and Guilds.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions:
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexibility based on operational needs.
Compensation:
Starting salary up to 28kpa, commensurate with experience, along with additional benefits such as overtime, a company vehicle, tools, an iPad, commissions, and meal allowances.
All successful candidates will be subject to a background check.
