Multi Trader Role

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team at Skilled Careers. As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.

  • Carrying out maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are safe and habitable.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
  • Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
  • Conducting inspections to identify areas requiring maintenance or repair.

Requirements:

A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
