Electrical Testing Engineer

Job Summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a skilled Electrical Testing Engineer to join our team. As an Electrical Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for performing Hazardous Area Inspections, PAT Testing, EICR Reports, and basic remedial tasks on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Hazardous Area Inspections to ensure electrical safety and compliance
  • Perform PAT Testing to identify defects and ensure electrical equipment is safe to use
  • Produce high-quality EICR Reports to document electrical system inspections
  • Perform basic remedial works to repair or replace electrical equipment

Requirements

  • 18th Edition Qualified
  • ECS Gold Card or related certification
  • 2391 Inspection and Testing or equivalent
  • Ability to identify defects through test readings and experience in completing EICR reports
  • Proven health and safety training and record
  • Demonstrated ability to read and understand design and panel schematics
