About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reward Specialist to join our team at ACS International School. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing total rewards strategies that drive employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the ACS pay policy, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Conduct reward research and data analysis to inform pay and benefits decisions, partnering with external providers as needed.
  • Support the annual pay review process, including financial modeling and employee communications.
  • Manage employee benefits, including annual benefit enrolment and regular briefings to ensure employees understand and engage with ACS benefits.
Requirements
  • Qualified HR generalist level 5 or equivalent with relevant HR experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
  • HR Reward experience and working knowledge of regulations around benefits and pay.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
