Key Responsibilities- Review and Manage Placements: The successful candidate will review and manage placements in the billing database to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure Accurate Billing: The Billing Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing across all Group Companies.
- Process Credit and Debit Requests: The candidate will review and process manual credit and debit requests, maintaining the manual request files.
- Liaise with Accounts Receivable Team: The Billing Analyst will liaise with the Accounts Receivable Team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Other Ad Hoc Tasks: The successful candidate will be required to perform other ad hoc tasks as may be required by the Group Billing Manager, the Head of Transactional Finance, or the wider Finance team.

- Accurate Data Entry: The successful candidate will be able to complete accurate data entry, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.

- Sales Ledger Experience: The ideal candidate will have experience in sales ledger management.
- Microsoft Dynamics and Cold Harbour: The successful candidate will have experience in Microsoft Dynamics and Cold Harbour.
- AAT/Accounts Experience: The Billing Analyst will have experience in AAT or accounts management.
- Internal Contacts: The successful candidate will liaise with the Accounts Receivable Team, Sales/business development teams, IT support, and Site Administration staff.
- External Contacts: The Billing Analyst will liaise with Cold Harbour support and IT Labs.
