We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to join our team at Rubix. As a key member of our local management team, you will be responsible for owning and managing the operations aspect of our branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead our internal sales team to ensure sales activities are maximised and sales targets are exceeded.
- Effectively manage sales administration processing, including coordinating supplier and technical specialist engagement.
- Directly handle customer queries and orders, maintaining excellent levels of customer service.
- Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities to up-sell across our product portfolio.
- Drive activity for effective quotation management and lead by example.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a small team within a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to enjoy being hands-on in dealing directly with customers while managing and developing a team.
- Exposure to conducting and managing others who conduct both inbound and outbound activity.
