Inclusion and Diversity Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inclusion and Diversity Manager to join our team at Forvis Mazars. As a key member of our Business Services team, you will play a critical role in driving our firm's inclusion and diversity agenda forward.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to promote inclusion and diversity across the organization, ensuring that our people reflect the society in which we operate.
- Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to embed inclusion and diversity into every aspect of our business, from talent acquisition to employee development and retention.
- Lead the development and implementation of our inclusion and diversity action plan, working closely with HRBP colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to senior leaders to help them build a more inclusive culture, including offering expertise and challenge to improve their understanding and confidence around inclusion.
- Oversee the management of our networks and utilize them to influence and inform organizational decision-making, engage under-represented team members, and contribute to our inclusion and diversity objectives.
- Deliver high-quality inclusion and diversity internal and external reporting frameworks, partnering with internal and external communication teams to support our vision and objectives.
- Engage senior leaders with educational content and thought leadership to enable them to better role model inclusive behaviors and help us embed inclusion throughout every aspect of life at Forvis Mazars.
- Budget management to ensure a cost-efficient service is provided to the business.
- Benchmark external best practices to identify approaches for advancing inclusion and diversity in our firm.
