  • Assist the class teacher and other staff members in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Help manage behavioral challenges, promoting positive relationships and a calm classroom atmosphere.

About You:

  • You will possess a positive attitude, be personable, and proactive, with excellent communication skills.
  • Have a passion for pupils' learning and development, with a patient and calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Be able to work effectively as part of a team, with good timekeeping and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field.
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a primary school setting.
  • Ability to work flexibly, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
