About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Labourer to join our Property Care Team at Gloucester City Homes. As a Labourer, you will play a vital role in assisting our tradespeople with various labouring duties, ensuring the smooth delivery of repairs and maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist tradespeople with labouring duties, including mixing materials and performing tasks at heights.
  • Undertake clearance of waste from customers' homes, communal areas, and gardens.
  • Deliver equipment and materials to the Property Care Team and customers' homes.
  • Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks within your skillset.
  • Keep storage areas clean and tidy.
Requirements
  • General labourer experience or a similar role with transferable skills.
  • Experience in the use of IT equipment.
  • Experience of driving commercial vehicles and using petrol equipment.
  • Experience working in customers' homes.
  • UK driving license.
