As a Logistics Team Leader, your primary responsibility will be to guide and motivate your team to excel in efficient inventory management, stockroom organization, and achieving operational goals. Each day will present diverse challenges in a dynamic environment, but the rewards of your efforts will be significant. Your ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team will be essential to your success. We are committed to supporting your professional growth from the outset.

Role Overview:

As a Logistics Team Leader, you will:

Oversee a team to ensure exceptional inventory management and stockroom organization in a commercial, operationally effective, and safe environment while meeting performance objectives. Take a proactive role in all operational tasks by collaborating with the team, assisting on the sales floor, and supporting store management as necessary. Foster a culture of support, motivation, and inspiration within your team, ensuring they perform at their best. Streamline stockroom operations by continuously enhancing processes, identifying challenges, and implementing solutions to uphold the highest standards of inventory management. Strive to guarantee that our well-presented inventory is accessible to customers promptly. We'll provide excellent benefits (details available below)

Candidate Profile: You possess a strong passion for our customers, our team, and our products. This enthusiasm and energetic work ethic inspire and uplift others, creating a positive work environment and team cohesion. Capable of demonstrating problem-solving skills, making informed business decisions, confidently challenging existing processes, and generating innovative ideas to advance the business. Comfortable addressing personnel issues. An adept multitasker who can effectively plan, organize, and prioritize your responsibilities. Experience in meeting productivity-related performance targets is advantageous but not mandatory. In accordance with Home Office guidelines, successful candidates will need to provide evidence of their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.
