Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team at C&M Travel Recruitment. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for booking corporate travel for a variety of clients, issuing tickets, performing refunds, exchanges and re-calculations, and building rapport with your individual clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate travel bookings for clients, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Process travel documents, including tickets, refunds, exchanges, and re-calculations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in travel sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work efficiently and prioritize tasks.
- Working knowledge of a Global Distribution System (GDS), preferably Amadeus.
- Ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to clients.
