Position Overview:
This is a full-time role with night shifts from 10pm to 6am. Join our engineering team, where tradition meets innovation, and play a crucial role in maintaining our production flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Specialist:
    Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our essential machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Problem Solver:
    Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues swiftly, contributing to the installation of new equipment and enhancements.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work alongside the engineering team to deliver effective mechanical and electrical support throughout the facility.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Engage in ongoing improvement initiatives through the maintenance system and planned maintenance tasks, focusing on complex automated cooking processes and packaging machinery.
  • Project Identification:
    Recognize continuous improvement projects for recurring challenges.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a relevant engineering qualification and demonstrate competency in all aspects of isolation, electrical safety, and safe panel entry. Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) operations is essential. Proficiency in computer-based maintenance systems is required, along with the ability to disassemble and reassemble machinery, as well as execute machine size change procedures and adjustments.

Shift Details:
Night shifts from 10pm to 6am, Sunday to Thursday.
